The Goons was an Australian rock band formed in Melbourne in 1988.
The group's musical style primarily consists of rock and grunge music,
as well as influences from psychedelic rock. When played live, they music becomes
elements of a jam band due to the improvised nature of their performance as well
as their outrageous costumes, thus embracing their names as "The Goons".
However, The Goons were only able play at a handful of venues
before mysteriously disappearing. The band consists of lead singer Matt Jones,
lead guitarist Roger James, bassist Johnny Connor and Drummer Jeff Fish.
To this day, The Goon's are still missing, what resulted in their dissaperance
was a local attraction, transforming thier share house into a little museum.
The following items are the clues left behind in their house.
Found in Matt Jone's aparment, these glasses contained hair and blood samples of Jones.
The glasses has become a conclusive evidence that Matt Jone's was taken against his will.
However, not enough evidence pointed to any leads.
Found next to the glasses, The "Pooh bear" toy was also found along with the glasses. The "Pooh bear" is a toy belongs
to Jones who carries it everywhere he goes including to shows and outings. The blood splatter found on "Pooh bear" was also to be confirmed to belong to Jones.
Also found in Matt Jones apartment was the guitar beloning to Roger James. It is unknown how the guitar ended up in Matt Jones' apartment. Whats more concerning is the blood on the guitar. After DNA testing, it was confirmed to belong to Matt Jones.
The phone was confirmed to belong to Connor's by the police becuase of the photo's and phone number. However all call histroy and text has been erased and uncoverable. However one thing to note was that amongst all his contacts, there were two unkown numbers which none of his friends and family recognised.
Found the in band's Trophy Room, this award was the only award the group has ahcieved as a whole. To the group, this award was their first milestone to success. After police inspection, there was traces of fingerprints which had not belonged to any of the group members.
